Another monstrous 900+ page agenda as we lead into end of financial year, here's the quick sneak peak of important business at the City of Perth this month:
🛄 James Street Plan progresses to final stages while the Riverfront Masterplan is shelved for the time being; both enjoyed popular support from wider community consultations.
💹 Rate Hikes - the City is looking for 2.45% more out of ratepayers this year, however about half the residents will see a 5% or more rate hike under this plan.
🌳 Tree Roots - Cr Pacan has put the tree roots of Adelaide Tce on the agenda, for the City to consider fixing the bumpy footpaths that's become a trip hazard.
