Top 3 reasons why the West Perth Helipad doesn't stack up:
1️⃣ It blocks future housing (flight paths = height limits).
2️⃣ The noise is a nightmare for local workers/residents.
3️⃣ PCH is so close. We don't need a "backup" on a private office roof.
Good planning > Private perks. 📉
