As a migrant Australian, I know from personal experience how tough a language barrier can be to overcome.

Even something as simple as finding out what’s on this weekend can be hard because most guides are simply not written for the non English speaking audience.

So rather than leaving a gap, I’ve put together a Chinese companion to the new VisitPerth website. It follows the same layout: what’s on, the areas, the guides and getting into town, and it updates every night.

If you’ve got parents, grandparents friends or relatives who are more comfortable reading Chinese, this one’s for them; let’s share the joy of our City with everyone who now calls Perth home, no matter where they have come from.
