A curiously short agenda leading into the end of financial year, but nonetheless packed with interesting decisions, my top picks this months:
🏫 Girls School - the draft planning documents seek to untether planning outcomes from heritage conservation; whilst more agility in development is welcome, I do have concerns over taking away the carrot and leaving nothing but the stick for the developers.
🔥WECP Presidency - As the hosts of the AGM conference this year, a bid for presidency of the WECP seems like a natural move - a leadership role in an ever so volatile energy environment may bring us unforeseen benefits, though admittedly there will be a bill for the ratepayers to pick up.
