🏛✅ APRIL OCM RECAP
A meeting with lots of great ideas from Councillors this month, alongside an unprecedented number of public questions focused on public arts, here are the hotly debated topics:
⁉️ PQT - Over 50 questions were received from the community, to cut down on time, Council opted to answer all questions on public art 'en bloc' by providing one written statement.
📵 AI Usage - After much debate on who should have access and how to AI assisted recordings of meetings, council opts to maintain the human element that's worked fine up until now.
📝 Safety - Much of the debate on safety was framed around who defines the problem, community, councillors, administration staff or all of the above?
