Riverfront MasterplanUnanimousCarried 7–0. In line with the promise: a No vote.
Why
The draft Riverfront Masterplan endorsed for consultation redevelops Langley Park itself: a Lagoon attraction, a 350-bay two-level car park under the parkland, food, retail and possible tourist accommodation nodes, a raised event lawn and a large play precinct. Defending Langley Park means AGAINST putting this development plan forward.
