Approves $393,125 in event sponsorships to 12 events, lifting Maali Festival, Perth Garden Festival, Run for a Reason and Buddha's Birthday above the officer figures, declines three applicants, and allocates $91,000 from the budget surplus.

What it changed. Alternate motion to the officer's recommendation: raises sponsorships for Run for a Reason, Maali Festival, the Garden and Outdoor Living Festival and Buddha's Birthday Festival to the amounts requested, adds Mother's Day Classic, and funds the $91,000 increase from the surplus.

Reasons given in the minutes. The reason I am moving this amended motion is so that the following are funded to the level requested in their grant applications
