Proposed amendment to raise parking fees from 31 March 2025 while keeping Free Night Parking from 7pm, and to add electric vehicle charging fees to the 2024/25 Schedule of Fees and Charges.

What it changed. Replaces the officer's point removing Free Night Parking and bringing in a $5 flat fee from 6pm with a point keeping Free Night Parking, starting from 7pm, from 31 March 2025.
