Proposed to start community consultation on expanding 40 km/h speed zones, list Plain Street and Riverside Drive, East Perth as road sections not included in the expansion, and have the CEO work with Vincent and Nedlands on Newcastle Street and Broadway.

What it changed. Adds points taking Plain Street and Riverside Drive, East Perth out of the proposed 40km/h expansion, and asking the CEO to work with the Cities of Vincent and Nedlands on making Newcastle Street and Broadway 40km/h zones.
