Approves $2,090,000 ex GST in Major Events and Festivals Sponsorship: three years for Artrage's FRINGE WORLD ($450,000 cash rising to $500,000, plus in-kind) and one year for Perth Festival ($345,000 cash, $55,000 in-kind). $50,000 a year of Artrage's cash depends on extra activations or events.
