Expansion of the City of Perth 40km/h Speed Zone

Through Cr Pacan's alternate motion, endorses Option 2, which lowers speed limits on all local access and distributor roads but keeps current limits on most major roads, in place of the officers' preferred Option 1, which would also have lowered limits on several major roads. To be rolled out over 2025-26 and 2026-27, subject to funding from the Road Safety Commission or the Safer Roads Infrastructure Program. Acknowledges the consultation outcomes.
