Accepts tenders from Stiles Electrical for lighting upgrades on Adelaide Terrace ($1.52M), in West Perth ($1.73M) and on Royal Street ($1.57M), and from EOS Electrical for four car parks ($887,107 and $812,986), with Royal Street and two of the car parks subject to the 2022/23 budget. Adds $662,554 to the West Perth budget from the municipal surplus.
